Amazing English Translation FAILS

Normally it’s always happen in country where people may not speak the native language of the region. In the public places, it looks obvious and pretty funny. Before putting it in print, you probably want to double check that the translation is correct, or at least that it isn’t a euphemism for something horrifying. Thanks Google Translate helps me a lot during translate Malay to English even though the translation always fail to arrange the words properly. So, check the spelling and words so that people not get it wrong.

Amazing Books Carved With Surgical Tools

These arts really insane. This books carving was created by Brian Dettmer using knives, tweezers and surgical tools. He came from Chicago where he studied at Columbia College. His art was carved one page at a time. Nothing inside the out-of-date encyclopedias, medical journals, illustration books, or dictionaries is relocated or implanted, only removed. Dettmer manipulates the pages and spines to form the shape of his sculptures. He also folds, bends, rolls, and stacks multiple books to create completely original sculptural forms. 3D The Avengers stunning gif image

This image make me stare at the screen for more than one minute. Amazing 3D! By the way, Marvel’s The Avengers getting set to hit theaters on May 4th 2012 in US (Not sure when it will show in Malaysia). The Avengers is film that combines few superheroes like Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Captain America and Thor.

Strange sculpture made from old boots

This is Foot Crazy Series of Shoe Sculptures by Artist Gwen Murphy. She creates faces from dirty old boots. At first glance this unique artwork might look identical to normal shoes, however each one is cleverly designed to breathe new life into them. Since 2005 she has buckled down focussing on her true love…shoes, and they sell for more than $1,000. Robot berasaskan telefon pintar iPhone

Dua orang pengusaha yang menggelarkan diri mereka sebagai Romotive,Peter Seid dan Phu Nguyen sedang mencipta robot kecil dan comel yang menggunakan telefon pintar sebagai otak robot. Ia dilengkapi dengan tayar ala-ala kereta kebal. Selain tu, ada litar analog yang akan mengawal robot menggunakan frekuensi. Juga mempunyai kabel pengecas dan bateri boleh cas semula.

Robot yang digelar Romo ni mempunyai beberapa aplikasi yang berbeza dan sedang dalam pembangunan. Projek ni mendapat dana melalui kempen yang mereka jalankan di internet. Sasaran dana ialah $32,000 tapi kini dikatakan sudah mengumpul lebih $45,000 melalui sumbangan orang. Sumbangan adalah sekurang-kurang $78 atau lebih. Penyumbang akan dapat robot tersebut lengkap dipasang. Walau bagaimanapun ia tidak termasuk iPhone.
