Risk become a blogger or computer programmer

Blogger or other job like computer programmer spends most of the time in front of computer doing something on their computer. More post in a day, more time blogger spends time on seat. Blogger not only posting but also they also spend time looking other websites to get new topic for next day. However, spend time on the seat is not good for the blogger. This desk job can kill blogger silently. At least, it likely makes you fatter, sicker and more stressed out than a job that doesn’t require sitting down.

The American Heart Association recommends taking at least 10,000 steps per day, so take the stairs instead of that tempting elevator. Ten minutes of climbing stairs each day will burn 150 calories for a 150-pound person. Even this research is conducted by American Heart Association, but after all, all people in the world shared same body – nobody is alien.

I’m also afraid when heard this. I spend a lot of time in front of computer since student. But when I was student, every morning or evening I took my time jogging around campus or play tennis with my friends. After graduated and start working, I’m stop doing exercises and become fatter now. So, how to exercise while you’re in the desk? Here we got some tips.
